Syvsoverskens Dystre Frokost: En Underholdningsroman på Liv og Død! (Hardcover)

Syvsoverskens Dystre Frokost: En Underholdningsroman på Liv og Død! (Hardcover) - Tor Åge Bringsværd A delightfully quirky and funny book. It started out as a relatively normal, though amusing story set in New York, with many characters and perspective switches, but about two-thirds into the book, it morphs into a poetic, metaphorical account treating issues such as fear of death, the nature of life, and the art of writing - all the way dragging the characters (and the writer) through a series of strange encounters.

I don't think has been translates to English or Dutch, or anything else, but it sure deserves to be. I'll be ordering my own copy of this from Norway as soon as is opportune.
